Pneumonia.

So I'm officially home for the next two days because I need to rest and recover from PNEUMONIA!!! I have pills and everything. Apparently my little cold has turned into a sinus infection and is dripping vile fluids into my lungs. Had to go get an x-ray and everything. Internet: PITY ME.

I'm looking at this as a positive as it will give me time to work on the blog... and maybe be healthy enough to take my lovely wife out for her birthday Sunday night. Either way I'll be catching up on my day-time television.

I'll be back soon with some Geeky Goodwill Goodies! Until then, Happy Hunting.

    1. Thanks Miss M. The funny thing is I feel fine until I have a coughing fit and then I feel like I'm going to pass out. I'm supposed to rest but it's frustrating because I don't really feel like I NEED to... except my work won't let me go back until next week.

  4. You know I'd be more than happy to send you comics. Seriously, let me know if there's anything you're looking to read; I'll be glad to share.

Though, hopefully, you'll be feeling better before anything would get there!

[Still, let me know. I'd love to take some time to dig through my long-boxes for ya.]

    1. YAY! Someone read my tags!

But I'll think about it. You've already given me way more than you should have. It's a tempting offer.

    2. I purged 2,000+ books to sell a couple weeks ago and I didn't make a dent in my overall collection. I think I could spare a small stack for a sick friend.

    3. Well, if you felt like putting together a surprise pack, I would TRADE you for them. As soon as I stop coughing up SPUTUM (the doctor used this word today and I almost SPUTUM-ed up all over the place...) then I will pick out a surprise pack to send back to you. That way I don't get you sick too.

I promise you sputum-free comics in exchange.

  8. The only thing I pity here is that fugly 90s-era Clipart. I'll excuse you, but only because you're sick and clearly not in your right mind.

    1. This is what I've missed about you. Everyone else is all "awwwwww... sicky-poo..." and you're all "What is this shit. Learn some web-design son!"

You put a giant grin on my face. Thank you.
